Shipping Policy

We strive to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days for in-stock items. All special orders or back orders can take 1 to 6 weeks.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our downtown office located at 900-736 Granville St Vancouver BC. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days if we have it in-stock. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Return Policy

All Sterling Silver is final sale. If you receive a sterling silver item that has a manufacturer defect, we will replace it for the same item at no extra charge. This does NOT include regular wear and tear or customer damage.

Gold products can be returned within 30 days with approval by management. All Special orders are final sale. If you receive a gold item with a manufacturing defect we will replace it with the same item at no extra charge. This does NOT include regular wear and tear or customer damage.
